What Payment Methods Are Available?

We accept:

  • e-Transfers.
  • For customers with established accounts we will invoice.

 

 What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For consumer products destined to Canadian addresses we use either Canada Post or an expedited courier service.

For consumer products destined for U.S. customers, we use the U.S. Postal Service or an expedited courier.

For large volumes for Canadian commercial customers we use local and long-distance freight services

 

How are billing and sales taxes handled?

For consumer and online purchases your credit card is charged upon completion. We send out an order confirmation email that summarizes the transaction.

For commercial/wholesale customers and those with established accounts we send out invoices and subsequent notice of payment completion.

There is no tax on honey, since it is a food. However, we collect and remit Provincial Sales Tax (PST) andr federal Goods & Services Tax (GST)  on our cosmetic products, beeswax and candles, and other non-food items. We also collect and remit GST on pollination services.

If you are a B.C.-based retailer or reseller of our taxable products, please provide us with your PST number so that we don’t charge you the provincial tax.

 

How Much Do You Charge For Shipping?

Shipping charges for long-distance and online purchases are based on weight, distance and speed. We charge modestly for the cost of shipping and handling, including packing materials, based on the least-costly method.

For our retail/wholesale customers within the Kootenay Region we include the cost of shipping in our retail/wholesale rates.


How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Depending on size, weight and destination our products can take up to two weeks to deliver. We try to opt for the most expeditious delivery times.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship candles, honey-based cosmetics and non-honey items across provincial and international borders.

Our honey is only licensed for sale in British Columbia. At this time We do not ship honey across provincial or international borders.

 

How Can I Return A Product?

We make every effort to satisfy our customers’ concerns. However, from time to time a customer may want to return a product.  We accept returns for most, except livestock.  We ask for advance notice.
