We make our smooth Creamed Honey infusions with the finest wildflower honey. We use state-of-the-art methods to make sublimely tasty, velvety-smooth soft-set creamed creations. Start with our traditional creamed honey, and then explore some of our tasty flavours. These pair well with hot drinks, toast, cheeses and crackers. When baking or cooking with these creations they add a rich flavour to salad dressings, sauces, meats and seafood.

Try our traditional lavender creamed honey, infused with edible munstead lavender grown right on our farm. We also make a superb cinnamon honey made with the finest Saigon cinnamon. Our flavoured honeys, such as lemon, go well with teas. And our seasonal flavours, such as cranberry-orange, eggnog, vanilla-orange and pumpkin spice, are also hugely popular

We use special creaming machinery made for us in Canada to produce our line of exquisite creamed honey infusions. Our goal is to elevate the fine Canadian wildflower honeys available to us.This machinery helps ensure we produce soft-set creamed honeys that resist going hard in packaging. In season, we use our signature Kootenay Wildflower. We produce it right in British Columbia’s verdant Creston Valley. We also use fine Canadian wildflower honeys produced by beekeepers we know and trust,. They observe the same high standards of caring for bees and the honeys they produce. Our flavoured honeys contain only the finest ingredients and food-grade oils. We never blend different honeys together, preferring the flavours of the nectars on which the bees feed.

The result is a line of beautifully-tasting fine infused and creamed honey products.
